A Vision Board represents a collection of your highest aspirations and dreams for yourself for the future. Creating a Vision Board is a fun and creative way for students to become clear on their dreams and transform them into reality. Unfortunately, we spend much of our lives thinking about what we don't want, and often that is what we draw into our lives. One of the most powerful aspects of a Vision Board is that you create a visual representation of your dreams and desires, helping you to put your attention on what you want to bring into your life. When students begin visualizing, it is believed that the brain gets activated in a similar way as when the actual action happens, and so, it is a major performance driver. Students are encouraged to make a creative Vision Board, which must include everything that might help put their dreams and goals into perspective. Once done, they should be able to justify why they have used the items they did and what it represents.
